Mobile Web App
Included free is the secure email digiPost web app which allows your customers to read, respond and collaborate in secure posts and conversations. The app works on iOS, Android, Blackberry and virtually any device that can view HTML5 content.
Password Protected Secure Email
You can choose to lock the Conversations you have with a password, which ensures that the right person sees your Posts. You can use the digiPost generated password or create your own.
Recorded Delivery Email
digiPost tracks every Conversation and generates a log entry for every event. This means you can see exactly how a Conversation was locked, who it was delivered to, when it was opened etc. There are 22 message events that are visible.
Trust and Authenticity
When you create a new Address Book entry to communicate with your recipient digiPost sends an introductory email to your customer to let them know that they may receive a secure email via digiPost in the future. The email describes how the system works and links you back via your usual credentials. There is nothing to click which builds authenticity and trust.
SMS Password Delivery
Optionally passwords to unlock messages can be automatically delivered to mobile telephones via text (SMS), to a second email address or verbally. You do not have to lock a message with a password – the decision is yours.
Message Expiry
Conversations can optionally expire. You can control the expiry by the number of times a message has been opened or by date. Ideal for marketing promotions or increased security.
Cloud Based Application
digiPost is a cloud application, which means it runs in a standard web browser. The application is rich in functionality and works just like a standard email application. It is intuitive and simple to use.
256-bit Encrypted
This stuff is secure. All digiPost traffic is 256-bit SSL encrypted, which means your Conversations and Posts are 100% safe in transit. Not only is the traffic encrypted but your Posts including attachments are AES-256 encrypted in the digiPost messaging cloud.
